About Our Logo

We chose to use one of the first buildings you see as you drive into Homer from “the hill.” The former Baptist Church was built in 1893 of local brick. In 2003, it was purchased by the Center for the Arts, which is a model of historically sensitive adaptation. The building serves as the cultural heart of Homer while maintaining and restoring the Romanesque structure.
